ALBAWABA - Turkish artist Yildiz Asyalı surprised her followers by announcing that she had been subjected to violence by her husband, businessman Mustafa Semih Demirci, five months after their marriage.
In a post on her official Instagram account, the Turkish star posted two images showing blue scars as a result of violence at the hands of her husband.
Asyalı wrote "I was beaten by my husband" and tagged a celebrity magazine called the "Son Dakika Magazin".
The TV actress gained over 1,500 reactions on the post, with hundreds of fans and activists urging her to leave the house and head to the police to file a complaint against the businessman.
Yildiz explained in a TV interview that it started with a fight that broke out between the couple due to jealousy, after she told her husband of her desire to divorce. She confirmed that she obtained a restraining order against her husband last September, after feeling afraid of his behavior.

This is Yildiz Asyalı's 3rd marriage; she was previously married to the American businessman Vatan Sefer in 2015, with whom she had a daughter, Ayşe Mira, and they separated in 2017.
After that, in 2020, she tied the knot with the director Kerem Saka, and their marriage ended in the same year.
