All eyes have been on Egyptian songster, Tamer Hosny and his new wife, Moroccan star, Basma Bosil, since news broke that they were engaged. But the gossip mills have gone into overddrive since Basma was rumored to be pregnant.
The Moroccan blonde beauty was spotted in very loose clothing, seemingly hiding a baby bump, when she appeared with Tamer at his agent's party last week. Now Arab magazine, Sayidaty, has announced that the couple are expecting a baby girl.
The superstar's father, Hosni Sharif, confirmed the news, saying he's thrilled but an old hand at being a grandfather, given that Tamer's oldest brother has three children already.
Meanwhile, the new dad has had to deny rumors of his death! Egyptian newspapers claimed the star was in a terrible car accident last week but Tamer said he is alive and well.
