ALBAWABA - Sydney Sweeney paid a moving farewell to her co-star Eric Dane in the series Euphoria.
In a heartfelt post a day after his family announced his death, Sweeney talked about his last recorded message to his daughters.
Eric Dane died on February 19, after a long battle with ALS, a rare and long-lasting disease. He was 53 years old.
Soon after, a Netflix video that showed the star recording a last message for his daughters Billie and Georgia popped up online again.

Dane told Billy and Georgia, "These words are for you," in the sad video. I did my best. I fell down a few times, but I tried.
He went on, thinking of happy memories: "Overall, we had a great time, didn't we? I remember all the beach days we had." Mom, you, and I spent time together in Malibu, Santa Monica, Hawaii, and Mexico. I can see you having a wonderful time in the ocean for hours.
As he talked about family times by the sea, his voice shook.
Sydney Sweeney shared the video again on her Instagram Stories on Saturday, February 21.

She wrote a simple but powerful message over the video clip: "Forever will love you," followed by a broken heart emoji. The actress is known for her part in Euphoria.
Sydney Sweeney, who has been a main character on the hit HBO show since 2019, seemed very moved by her co-star's last words.
Eric Dane was praised for his role as Cal Jacobs in Euphoria, who was the complicated father of Jacob Elordi's character.
The third season of the show will come out on April 12, 2026.
In addition to his movie parts, Dane's last message showed that he was a loving father by talking about special family memories and how much he loved his daughters.
