When Sydney Sweeney announced the release of her new Syrn line on Thursday, she dressed like the girl next door in the peekaboo lingerie trend. The Housemaid star celebrated the launch of her fourth lingerie line by revealing a pair of plunging, double-layered underwear. This gave the "Comfy" collection a sexier look.
Sweeney doubled up on her plunging cotton bra and matching cotton briefs in promo shots that were only given to InStyle before the launch on February 26. She made an unusual styling trick look like an it-girl must-have. Photographer Jess Wasson captured a picture of the Euphoria actor wearing a black Syrn bra over a white low-cut cotton bra, making it look like she was peeking out. The bottom half of her underwear set also stuck to the theme. She wore a pair of black Syrn panties with a high waist and slid a white style under them.
As a joke, the star showed off different views of the white bra under her black one in a second black-and-white collage that showed different ways to style the exposed underwear trend.
The actress from "Anyone But You" got rid of the platinum blonde bob she's been wearing lately and showed off her darkest hair color in months: a darker brown at the roots with light golden "bronze" highlights that made her face look brighter. In contrast to some of her earlier Syrn shoots, which were very glamorous, Sweeney chose a fresh-faced beauty look. She had freckles on her sun-kissed skin, soft black eyeliner, and matte peach lips and cheeks.
In other marketing photos, Sweeney posed in a seamless tank top and underwear set that came in a nude, white, and black color scheme.
Sweeney has decided to use her acting skills to bring to life the brand's very different seductress, romantic, and playful types. The last time we saw the Christy actress out and about was on February 9, when she wore peekaboo panties. Sweeney showed off the waistband of her Syrn boxers while wearing low-rise, loose pants and a bright blue button-up shirt that she had left open all the way to her ribs. With a platinum blonde blowout and a pair of white shoes with pointy toes, she was done.
