The main character Nazik Khanom, potentially played by Sulafa, is a girl from Damascus who travels to Paris to complete her education. While in Paris she becomes famous for her extreme beauty and strong personality after posing nude for Picasso in his Du Grand street studio in the city of lights.
Nazik wasn't shy of flaunting she got outside of the studio, a fashion model dressed by famous designer Yves Saint Laurent, she sported bikinis in Damascus swimming pools and training suits while driving around town, a total no-no for Syrian women.
