On the other hand, movie critic website, Rotten Tomatoes gave it a whopping 88 percent and other fans also praised the show calling it "Stunning" and "Pretty good".

Moreover, several fans brought up Andor as it's considered one of the best Star Wars shows in the franchise and expressed how they are waiting on Dinsey to produce a series similar to its caliber adding that The Acolyte is "not it".

Despite receiving mixed reviews, both sides agreed that the show looked better than its predecessors as they brought up Disney's recent 'Kenobi' series. Moreover, they said that Disney didn't hold back on the budget, and visuals wise but fumbled the bag in direction, writing, and cast.

After Disney revealed the trailer months ago, the YouTube video received countless dislikes and a swarm of angry fans calling the show "woke" and made "only made to fit the director's political agenda".
