His daddy is a UAE regular, and now Will Smith's eldest son DJ Trey ‘AcE’ Smith is too heading to the Gulf state for a special performance.
While Trey is rarely in the public eye, he will be very much in the spotlight when he plays to the large crowds set to attend the Beats on the Beach concert series in Abu Dhabi during the Formula 1 weekend.
But that's not all Trey will be doing in the Emirates; the artist announced that he will be filming a travelogue called The World Keeps Spinning in and around Dubai.
Trey and his entourage - which will include his mentor, his assistant and a "cultural attache" - will explore Dubai from November 28 to December 4. More details are soon to be revealed during a press conference in Dubai on November 30.
“This travelogue will reflect the life lessons he learns, the people he meets, and the memories he makes during his time in Dubai. AcE sees Dubai as a place where people can come together over a shared love of bringing something beautiful into the world: architecture, culture, fashion, music, and so much more,” says Clarence Hammond from Overbrook Entertainment.
