The organisers of the 12th edition of the Dubai International Film Festival (DIFF) announced that the internationally renowned Jamaican-American reggae-fusion musician Shaggy will close the event with a concert scheduled 16 December.
"This highly anticipated concert is brought to DIFF festival goers by the international events company 117 Live and the Audience, one of the world’s largest multi-channel publishers of social and digital content," the official press release of DIFF reads.
This year, the festival opened on 9 December and it showcases over 130 films from 60 countries. The festival is considered one of the most important cinema industry events in the region.
