Scherrie Payne and Susaye Greene of The Supremes are performing at Theatre by QE2 with Joyce Vincent, former member of Tony Orlando and Dawn. The Supremes rose to fame in the 1960s with American sensation Diana Ross. Payne and Greene joined the act in the second wave of performers, releasing catchy soul/pop tunes including ‘I’m Gonna Let My Heart Do The Walking’ and ‘You Are My Driving Wheel’. Don’t miss them revive all-time Motown classics at this show on 11 and 12 September.

Singalong with Morissette Amon and Jason Dy
Filipino superstars Morissette Amon and Jason Dy are sharing the stage at this year’s Moving On Friday on 20 September. A follow-up to last year’s hugely successful Hugot Friday: Your Ultimate Break Up Playlist, fans at this concert will enjoy each of the star’s most popular tunes to date. Known as Asia’s Phoenix and Phillipine’s Prince of Soul respectfully, Amon and Dy are heavyweights in the Filipino music industry with a slew of awards and chart-topping tracks to their name.

Heavy metal hits by Hypocrisy
El Barrio is setting up Dubai’s budding heavy metal scene this month. Swedish death metal band Hypocrisy, which stars members Mikael Hedlund, Reidar Horghagen and band founder Peter Tagtgren, is performing at the pan-Asian restaurant in Hyatt Place Al Rigga. Mixing traditional death metal elements with melodic influences, Hypocrisy has been rocking since the beginning of the 21st century. Catch them live on 20 September with an opening performance by Dubai’s very-own band Aramaic.
