Mais Hamdan is currently following the reactions to her new Ramadan series roles in "Nouf" and "Shai Men Al Madi" (Something From the Past).
Mais told news websites that she wishes to live up to the expectations of Arab audience in her first acting experience in Jordan.
After more than ten episodes of her Ramdan series "Nouf", Mays Hamdan awaits the public's judgement on her first Jordanian experience, one that she labeled as a "hard experience" and she revealed it got her concerned about audiences reactions.
"The bedioun series audience is not easy at all, unlike the Egyptian audience, for example" Mais explained, which is why she waits impatiently until the end of the series episodes at the end of Ramadan, to measure the success of her trial in the genre.
Mays added that the Bedouin series audience is smaller than audience for other series; with a modest percentage of viewers in Egypt, making a pan Arab success of such a project more difficult.
As for a personal wish this year, Mais revealed that she wants to get married, but only if the marriage is based on love, as lack of love is why she rejected many relationships. Mais also announced that she failed her last relationship because of her ex partner's extreme jealousy and possessiveness.
Mais also revealed that this Holy Ramdan she is staying with her sisters and her mother in Cairo, to make sure she has the family spirit. She ended her conversation saying that she loves maqlubet betenjan and Jordanian Mansaf (Arabic dishes), as they are her Main dishes this Holy Ramdan
