MBC's The Voice might be the hottest show in the Arab world at the moment but singer Samira Saeed has no regrets about turning it down.
Earlier this year talks between Samira and makers of The Voice turned stale when they failed to reach an agreement for her to star in the talent show, leading the Moroccan beauty to pull out.
This week Samira said that whilst those talks might have dragged on, being a part of rival talent show 'Sawt Al Hayah' was the 'fastest decision' she's ever made.
And in another blow to MBC, the songstress said that the deciding factor behind her accepting the role was the opportunity to work with rival group 'Al Hayah'.
Fans of Samira fear that the starlet has messed with the wrong program: with feisty coach Sherine Abdel Wahab on The Voice's judging panel, this could be the start of an epic battle of the divas.
