Moroccan singer Sameera Saeed denied circulating rumors that she will be singing the theme song for the new television drama “Mawlid wa Sahbo Ghayeb” starring Lebanese singer Haifa Wahbi and Egyptian belly dancer Fifi Abdo.
According to the London based Elaph, recent reports had it that Sameera is preparing to record the song for the drama a matter that she denied and stated she is clueless how such a rumor was created especially since she never received any proposal from the makers of the drama to sing the theme song.
On a different note, Sameera noted that she is in the process of recording the songs for her new album once she returns from her short spring vacation.
Sameera revealed that she is encountering her first experience in music production through the new album, due to the unstable conditions of records companies. She said that she was forced to produce her new album in order to ensure that all the songs belong to her and she is free to distribute them to any music channel she wants.
