Egyptian actress Sabrine has expressed her resentment at the recent attacks on the Israeli Embassy in Cairo. Sabrine did state she supported demolishing the wall that was built around the embassy by Egyptian officials.
During an interview on the entertainment program “Al Musalsalati” aired on the Egyptian satellite channel ‘Nile Drama 2’, Sabrine frankly stated that she and all of Egyptians never liked Israel and have no intentions on doing so, but she refuses such chaotic acts by protesters last Friday. The actress said that there are bilateral agreements between Egypt and Israel and such agreements should be respected to avoid ruining the image of Egypt internationally.
Sabrine added that destroying the wall around the embassy made everyone proud and happy, but she resented the chaos that occurred once the wall was down, which including burning police posts and attempts to loot the Ministry of Interior.
