ALBAWABA - American Express has sued Bhad Bhabie for almost $675,000 (£494,162).
Despite earning roughly $1,480,000 (£1,084,000) from OnlyFans alone, the 22-year-old allegedly had unpaid credit card charges. It is claimed the rapper breached a credit agreement by failing to make her payments.
The first time she became popular was when she became a meme after appearing on Dr. Phil in 2016. Her real name is Danielle Peskowitz Bregoli.
She was on the show with her mom when she was a young teen. The piece was called "I Want to Give Up My Car-Stealing, Knife-Waving, Twerking 13-Year-Old Daughter Who Tried to Frame Me for a Crime."

We all know (well, some people seem to forget it's the same person), she challenged the crowd with her famous one-liner: "Catch me outside; how about that?"
Because of her accent, that line became a meme. Bregoli then had a rough few years of probation and music.
Bhad Bhabie signed with Atlantic Records and put out her first song, "These Heaux," in 2017. Since then, she has gone on tour and had a diss track feud with Alabama Barker, Travis Barker's daughter.
And in 2021, six days after turning 18, she made an OnlyFans account and is said to have made over $1 million (£732,400) in the first six hours.
She now makes about that crazy $1,480,000 a month, making her one of the best-paid creators on the subscription-based site.
It's said that Bhad Bhabie quit paying his credit card company around December 2024, even though he was making a lot of money on it.
American Express says it gave the star credit in April 2021.
Court papers that People got a look at say that "Plaintiff extended credit to Defendant for purchases and cash advances by Defendants and persons acting with Defendants' permission on the American Express account XXXX‑XXXX‑X5000 (the 'Account')."
Defendant promised to pay Plaintiff back for all charges, fees, and interest on the account by either paying off the amount in full every month or making payments every month.
The company says Bregoli owes the full amount and wants to be compensated for breaking the deal.
The star called OnlyFans "a good way to make a lot of money really fast" in a recent interview with Interview Magazine.
In a statement to The Shade Room, Bhad Bhabie said in response to the allegations of the suing: “Sh*t not true. "Where do they get this nonsense?"
LADbible has asked American Express and Bhad Bhabie's representatives for their thoughts.
