International star Omar Al Sharif has agreed to take the starring role in the film Al Rajol Al Muntathar (The Expected Man).
The film is scripted by Abdel Qader Najem and costars Fuad Al Muhandes, Hisham Abdel Hamid, Wafaa Amer and Sawsan Bader.
The script addresses Egypt’s economic condition and its impact on lower-level employees.
Meanwhile, Al Sharif has decided to settle permanently in Cairo and return to the silver screen after he wraps up the construction of his house in the Al Muhandiseen neighborhood - Albawaba.com
