The former Arab Idol contestant can be seen in an Instagram pic posted by the talent show's season one winner Carmen Soliman looking a little "puffier" than per usual.
And while we hate to be rude if there's no baby inside, Dounia really looked like she is expecting, and fans have suddenly become curious if there is a Batma baby around the bend. It has been nearly a year since she tied the knot after all!
No public announcement has yet been made about the current gossip, but the scandal-soaked star has already had to deny another recent rumor that she had suffered a miscarriage.
