Gigi is seen without a stitch of clothing as she sits down with her legs crossed and her arms barely covering her modesty.
Sealing the deal as fashion's brightest star, she stares provocatively into the lens with her blonde hair worn in loose, sexy waves around her face.
Two chunky bracelets are all that cover her enviable body in the tasteful black and white snap.
It's Gigi's first cover for the fashion bible and she's rightly feeling rather proud, writing on Twitter: "What an honor and dream come true it is to be on the cover of French Vogue. Thank you so much."
She then joked she was wearing only perfume, writing: "And here's the version where I'm wearing mostly Chanel N°5 ;) lol"
Gigi, who is dating former One Direction heartthrob Zayn, also shared a version where she is much more covered-up.
The 20-year-old is seen wearing a pink embellished jacket and a pile of chunky necklaces.
Meanwhile, she was spotted getting cosy with Zayn in the back of a car after another night out in Hollywood recently as he confirmed he is in a relationship with her.
During a conversation with radio show Zach Sang & the Gang, Zayn was asked about having Gigi on board for his video Pillowtalk.
Zayn was asked: "Was it cool to have your girlfriend in the video?"
After a pause, the singer admitted: "Uh, yeah. That was cool. It was something different. We enjoyed it. It was fun."
