Lebanese artist Najwa Sultan performed a live concert on the third day of “Eid Al Fiter” (Muslim holiday after Ramadan) at the Rotana Beach Hotel in Abu Dhabi.
She joined the great Lebanese singer George Wasoof who requested that he start his performance before hers. Najwa found just moments before she got up on stage and she had respected Al Wasoof’s wishes and asked her music group to empty their seats in order to make way for Al Wasoof.
According to the London daily Elaph, Najwa said that “Al Wasoof is one of the greatest singers in the Arab world and that she listens to his music.”
When Najwa got up on stage her fans cheered. She started her performance with one of her newest hits “Eli Bahibo Dah” (This Is Who I Love), from her latest album. The fans stood in front of the stage to take pictures of Najwa.
She also sang a duet with Rafi called “Oyoun Al Maha” (Deer’s Eyes).
