Lebanese actress Nadine al Rassi is fighting a fierce child custody battle with her ex-husband Giscard Abi Nader.
The artists are set to go head to head in court on Tuesday, July 12.
Nadine had recently told Layalina magazine that "kids should not be taken away from their mother," adding that "no one is capable of raising a child like their own mother is."
Meanwhile, Giscard said that he would never give up the custody of his children, adding that "Nadine not only 'acts' in her professional life, but in her personal one as well."
As for the video that circulated earlier this month, which showed Giscard negotiating the amount of $100 thousand USD with Nadine's parents, and which rumors claimed that he would take to give up the custody of his children, Giscard explained that the amount discussed was to give up his share of his and Nadine's marital home.
The celebrity ex-couple have two children together, Marcel and Karl.
