Actor Nabila Obeid is trying to breathe life into a new singing career through her upcoming film "Ma Feesh Ghair Kida" (Nothing Besides This) that features 12 different musical performances.
The story revolves around a single mother struggling to raise her son and two daughters after her husband deserted them at a young age.
The film, directed by Khaled Al Hajjar, stars young Egyptian actors Sawsan Badr, Ahmad Azmi, Khaled Abu El Naja and new comer Arwa Joudeh, who play the roles of her children.
Throughout the course of the film, the family's status is changed when one of the daughters becomes famous. Nabila and her children perform a song written especially for them by Kawthar Haikal.
Rola Mahmoud, who plays Nabila's eldest daughter in the film, suffered from severe back pain caused by a recent car accident, causing a delay in filming.
Nabila stood by Rola’s side, visiting her on a regular basis to check on her recovery. Rola has called on all her fans to pray for her quick recovery.
