Negotiations are currently underway between the family of late actress Suad Hosni and screenwriter Midhat Al Adel regarding the creation of new film that revolves around the life of the late actress. Jihan Abdul Mun’em, sister of the Suad, said that ever since the death of her sister the family has been trying to find any means of keeping the memory of her and her career achievements alive.

According to the London based daily, Al Sharq Al Awsat, despite the many offers the family received to sell the biography of Suad, an agreement was settled with Al Adel Group production company to produce a film that tells the story of her life.

Screenwriter Midhat, who is currently writing the script for the film, has nominated Egyptian actress Muna Zaki to play the role of Suad, the Cinderella of Egyptian cinema, due to the strong resemblance.

A number of sessions are currently being held between the family of Suad and the producers and writers to make sure the film covers all aspects of the late actress’s life from the time of her entering the cinema world till the time of her death. Jihan added that the film would reveal the truth behind Suad as a person and an actress and prove the falsehood of all rumors that arose regarding her.
