An International Cosmetics Company decided to chose prominent Egyptian actress Muna Zaki within its jury in a contest to choose young talents in the field of elegance and fashion designing. The contest will be held in Beirut on the 27th to 30th of September. The committee also included actress Ghada Safi and Lebanese fashion designer Zuheir Murad.
The winner will spend a one-month training course with Zuheir Murad as a prize. The cosmetics company excluded the age of participants between 16 to 20 years old only. Exclusive rights of broadcasting were given to MBC satellite channel and will be aired on six episodes during Ramadan, Islamic holly month, according to Middle East newspaper.
On a different contest, Muna Zaki is expected to finish filming the outer scenes of her latest movie [Abu ali], alongside Kareem Abdul Aziz and scenario by Bilal Fadel and direction for Ahmad Nader Galal.
The movie is a romance revolving around a couple who unfortunately meet at a very bad time and are faced with many obstacles. Muna's last movie [Khalti Faransa] was a great success and made 6 million EGP in profit. Muna performed the role of a low class poor girl who struggles to live in Cairo.
Muna said that she was not looking for such part but when she read the scenario she accepted, adding that she did not know before that such people were real and she hopes that the movie succeeded to shed some light on their miserable life so people can help them. –Albawaba.com
