ALBAWABA - MrBeast (aka Jimmy Donaldson) is once again under fire across social media with the addition of Amazon over allegedly failing to prevent sexual harassment and paying overtime and minimum wage during the filming of his upcoming ‘BEAST GAMES’ series.
According to Variety, the lawsuit erupted on behalf of five unnamed individuals who participated in the series. Moreover, in the lawsuit, it was stated that participants were affected by "chronic mistreatment" from staff, sexual harassment, and unpaid wages as mentioned above.
Mistreteament included "infliction of emotional distress" by not providing contestants with meal or rest breaks which is inhumane.
MrBeast and Amazon sued over Sexual Harassment and mistreatment
The lawsuit in question was filed on Monday, Sep. 16, 2024, in demand that MrBeast and Amazon pay off all alleged unpaid wages and expenses, and that the defenders would pay "unspecified punitive monetary damages."
Documents shared by Vairety indicate that "Several contestants ended up hospitalized... others reported suffering physical and mental complications while being subjected to chronic mistreatment, degradation and, for the female contestants, hostile working conditions."
Moreover, documents stated that despite contestants knowing that they would face a "potentially long and challenging competition," they stated they went through more than they bargained for with many ending up hospitalized while others suffered physical and mental complications.

Other than currently facing a lawsuit, Jimmy has been in hot water for a while from grooming allegations made against one of his best friends Ava Kris Tyson, to hiring a pedophile sex offender named Charles Jefferson as a manager.
Ava Kris Tyson who is best known for appearing in MrBeast videos took to her official X (formerly known as Twitter) and apologized for being accused of grooming and supporting child porn artist Shadman despite the victim who is 20 now refuting grooming claims.
Speculations about Charles Jefferson started after a 2010 screenshot of a governmental report about him circulated X (formerly known as Twitter) as users claimed that the individual sexually targetted a victim "between 1 and 11 years old."
MrBeast also hired a celebrity lawyer recently to threaten YouTuber and former employee Dogpack404 who made two videos "exposing" Jimmy for all the alleged unethical things he did during his career as a YouTuber.
