Palestinian Arab Idol winner Mohammad Assaf was at the Sayidaty.net studios in Beirut, where he received a well-deserved trophy for claiming the “Best Arab Male Artist” title in 2013, reported Sayidaty.net.
The rising star was presented with a yummy cake as well to complete the celebration. But he didn’t cut the cake himself, Danny Serfy, the Public Relations Director of “Platinum Records,” did the honors!
Mohammad was all smiles and happily had a few snapshots taken with his business manager Marcel Al Zoghbi and the Sayidaty team.
In a chat with the Sayidaty team, Assaf thanked everyone who voted for him and said that he is honored to hold such a title.
The talented singer revealed that he will be working with the sensational Egyptian singer Sherine Abdel Wahab in the near future. Assaf said that he’s a huge fan of Sherine and her voice. He added that he loves to listen to her sing and has never heard anything like her voice before.
On another note, Moe said that once he returns to Gaza, he would really like his mum to cook his fave meal “Mlookheyyeh” and spinach pastries for him. How adorable!
