Lebanese singer Maya Nasri announced that she signed a contract with the production company Rotana to star in two films, after the company announced its debut in film making.
The contract is for one year, in which Maya will travel to Egypt to undergo extensive acting lessons. During this time, Maya will also be reading the scripts for the two new movies.
On a different note, Maya is preparing to film a new music videos for one of the songs “Rooh” (Go) from her latest album under the production Hadi Al Bajouri.
Nasri has released her latest album "Izai Ta’rifni" (How You Will Know Me), marking her first under her new production company ‘Rotana,’ after breaking her contract with ‘Alam El Phan.’
The album features eight songs that vary in style and dialect.
