After an absence that lasted over two years, Lebanese singer/actress Maya Nasri has returned to the music scenes with a new album to be released by the production company ‘Rotana’ on February 16, and which hold the title “Jai El Waqt” (the time has come).
The album marks Maya’s return to the music world after she had been concentrating most of her efforts on her acting career. She has cooperated with a number of prominent poets and composers to ensure that the album is of the highest quality.
According to the London based Elaph, Maya is currently in the process of preparing to film the song “Ana Hasah Beeh Bikhuni” (I feel he is betraying me) in the form of a music video. She has chosen director Amil Sileelani to direct the clip. Maya also revealed that the album cover will show her in a completely new look, maintaining a simple one that is very close to her personality.
