Mashrou' Leila have just announced that their new single, "Roman," will be releasing in five days: Tuesday, July 18th.
"ROMAN, the new single from Ibn el Leil (Deluxe Edition) will be out on July 18th (watch / stream / download)," said the announcement.
The cover's pretty neat, though the Middle Ages aesthetic is tainted somewhat by the communication towers in the distance.
The announcement follows the band's recent statement that they'd be releasing a deluxe edition of Ibn el Leil. Ibn el Leil is the band's third full-length release, following an eponymous album (2009), the EP El Hal Romancy (2011), and Raasük (2013).
The band teased the song in a video clip a couple of days ago.
Of course, what's a music release without a tour? And Mashrou' Leila's posted a tour schedule. Most of it is outside the Arab world, but Lebanon gets a show.
