She might not like being referred to as a "celebrity," but international human rights lawyer Amal Alamuddin became a star the minute she started dating (now her husband) Hollywood actor George Clooney.
And because of her newfound celebrity status - and of course her brilliant work in her field - Amal is charging $2,200 USD a ticket to speak at an exclusive lunch in Australia about equality.
Yes, Justin Bieber, you're not the only one who can make his fans splash out $2,000 USD for a selfie!
But attendees will get their money's worth as they will get the chance to meet and greet the hot shot lawyer.
"Don't miss this amazing opportunity to meet Amal Clooney and have your individual photograph taken with her," the promotional flyer says.
The event will be a part of the Women World Changers summit at The Peninsula in Melbourne on October 10 and at The Star in Sydney on October 12, and will focus on "the importance of diversity and equality in the workplace."
While tickets are priced at $2,200 USD a pop, a table of 10 is going for $22,000 USD.
There are only 100 VIP tickets available for the event, which promises a "line-up of speakers never seen before on one stage."
Amal recently met with Pope Francis at the Vatican with her husband George, who was awarded the Scholas Occurrentes foundation's Peace Olive Tree medals in front of an audience of about 400 people, the ANSA news agency reported.
