Nancy Ajram is all for civil marriage.
The Lebanese superstar revealed that she married her husband Fadi el Hachem and the father of her two children, Ella and Mila, in a non-religious ceremony in Cyprus in 2008.
Nancy, 33, also revealed in the interview on MTV's "Hayda Haki with Adel Karam" that Fadi is of a different Christian sect to hers, and that she would definitely allow her daughters to marry men of a different religion to theirs.
"I'm with legalizing civil marriage in Lebanon. So they either ban it in Lebanon altogether or allow it and save youth the trouble of having to travel overseas for a civil marriage ceremony," Nancy said.
