Syrian actress Lina Diab has gone AWOL, according to online news sources.
The actress's whereabouts are still unknown, as for the past two weeks, Lina's been out of sight and her mobile phone has been out of reach!
Conflicting news reports came up with different theories behind her disappearance. Some believe that Lina's been in a serious car crash in Jordan that's put her in a deep coma, while others claim that she's deliberately hiding in the shadows for personal reasons that may involve a harassment incident by one of her fans, reported Tayyar.org.
Either way, the producing company of her upcoming TV drama "Fares Wa Khams Awanes" (Fares and the Five Spinsters) has had to put filming on hold until Lina has resurfaced!
According to ARM news, If Lina doesn't return to the show, it is going to cost them millions in losses, especially that the it is set to air in Ramadan this June.
The 30-year-old started her acting journey in 2008. Despite her many contributions to Arabic and Iranian TV works, she's most famous for her role in the Syrian TV drama "Al Ikhwa" (The Brothers).
