Tunisian singer Latifa strongly denied circulating rumors that she was intimately involved with Jamal Mubarak the son of ousted Egyptian president Husni Mubarak. Latifa also denied that Jamal had asked for her hand in marriage.
During her appearance on the show “Nus Al Hakika: (Half the Truth), Latifa stressed that she getting married in secrecy was never on her agenda and she has no ties with any political figure’s sons, and never had a relationship with VIP famous figures. She added that all the lies that have been written and circulated about her hold no truth to them especially allegations of an intimate relationship with Alaa Mubarak.
Latifa also denied rumors that she had met the first lady of ousted Tunisian President Zein Al Abdeen Bin Ali and never sang at a private concert for the ousted president.
