Syrian actress Kinda Hinna made a comment on her official page on Facebook criticizing Lebanese drama saying, "They say that Lebanese drama is progressing and becoming popular, how is that so when a poor girl in Lebanese drama is shown as she wakes up from her sleep with full makeup? And has a tattoo and her nails and hair done and nothing signifies she is acting or playing her role as she should."

According to the Middle East news portal Elaph, Kinda stated that there are numerous mistakes made in Lebanese drama making the viewer realize he is not watching anything genuine but rather just a poor acting show.

Kinda is currently busy with filming her scenes for three different dramas that will be aired during the coming month of Ramadan. Among the dramas are the sixth sequel of the drama "Bab Al Harah" (The Neighborhood Gate), "Al Ghirbal" and the Khaliji (Gulf) drama "Wish Raja'ak" (What Brought You Back) with Syrian director Rasha Al Sharbatji.
