John Cena announces WWE retirement, fans call for Cena vs Orton farewell fight!

ALBAWABA - Iconic American actor and WWE Superstar John Cena has announced retiring from competing in WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) making headlines and becoming the talk of social media. 

News about his retirement quickly swarmed X (formerly known as Twitter) as fans thanked John Cena for years of entertainment. "That last "you can’t see me" gonna hit differently.," one user wrote under a DiscussingFilm post on X.

He announced his retirement during Toronto's Money In The Bank event and confirmed that his last appearance would be during Royal Rumble, Elimination Chamber, and WrestleMania 41 which will be set in Las Vegas.

John Cena expressed the "incredible prosperity" and "tremendous hardship" he had to go through during his two-decade career. 

His retirement was received positively with many fans saying "Thank you Cena!" to which he replied with "What an incredible gesture of kindness." 

He also challenged other WWE superstars and told them to "hurry up and come get some... because the last time is now" referring to his iconic opening theme song "You Can't See Me."

Fans are also expressing interest in a John Cena vs Randy Orton as a farewell fight and demanded that Cena should "win" the fight to make it a proper farewell.
