As Foxx agreed to take pictures with her, he started showering her with compliments such as:
“Wow, you have that supermodel body” and “You smell so good.”
According to the lawsuit, A security guard saw Foxx putting his hands in her pants and touching her in inappropriate places but they let it happen till the woman's friend came which led Jamie to stop and walk away.
X users (formerly known as Twitter) first thought that the reason Jamie Foxx was trending was because of an impressive football throw he made on a basketball court then later found out that he was accused of sexual assault leading to a barrage of comments and posts about the matter.
Jamie Foxx is not the only one who was accused of sexual assault in the past 24 hours
Other than Jamie Foxx, lead singer of American rock band Guns N' Roses Axl Rose and former CEO of Beats Electronics Jimmy Iovine were both allegedly accused of sexual assault in the past 24 hours adding to the tensions of an already problematic issue.
The whole purpose of the lawsuit is to compensate for the pain, suffering, emotional distress, anxiety, and humiliation the woman had to go through as she required medical attention after the assault.
