Lebanese actor Abdel Majid Majdoub is gearing up for the starring role in the new Iraqi-Lebanon TV series Al A’anqaa (Phoenix), according to the London-based daily Al Sharq Al Awsat.
Al A’anqaa depicts what is viewed as “the theft and utilization of the Arab minds by the west.”
Majdoub along with a number of Lebanese actors and actresses will visit Iraq in the beginning of the next year, to start filming the new series.
