Huda Beauty donates $500,00 for Lebanon and Gaza

ALBAWABA - Iraqi makeup artist Huda Kattan, the owner of the Huda Beauty brand, announced donating half a million dollars to assist people in need amid the war in Lebanon and Palestine amid Israeli attacks. 

In an Instagram story, the brand's official page announced that amid the humanitarian crisis in the region, Huda Beauty and Kayali will be donating $500,000 to multiple organizations including Doctors Without Borders and the Lebanese Red Cross. 

In a story, Huda Beauty wrote: "Due to the humanitarian crisis in Palestine and Lebanon, Huda Beauty and Kayali will be donating $500,000 to Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), two organizations on the ground providing lifesaving care and critical support for those in need."

It contained: "We truly believe that without compassion and unity, we can come together to stand up for humanity."

In a separate post on Instagram, where Huda Beauty is followed by 54 million people, Huda Beauty mentioned the tasks each of the organizations do to help people in need. 

This is not the first donation Huda Beauty has made for the war in Gaza, the band, which is owned by the Iraqi makeup artist, earlier Huda Kattan allocated multiple times money to help people living in the strip.
