ALBAWABA - Hoyoverse's Zenless Zone Zero has finally blessed the Gacha world with its release, according to its official account on X (formerly known as Twitter).

The account in question wrote:

"Zenless Zone Zero is out now! Dear citizens, good morning! Today, Ridu is basking in the rays of the glorious sunshine! While enjoying the sunshine, please remember to use sunscreen and be vigilant of sudden Companion Hollow disasters~ Have a wonderful day! Welcome to New Eridu — Where Humanity Rises Anew."

Hoyoverse Zenless Zone Zero is out! Fans are reporting bugs

Zenless Zone Zero

In this day and age, it seems every game releases with its fair share of bugs and issues and Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ) doesn't seem to be any different since fans took to the post's comment section with screenshots showing that they are "trapped in a void world."

Fans of the game said that it was either a compatibility issue with their phones or a day-one bug that could be fixed with a hotfix patch hopefully.

Players complained that they would suddenly lose the environment surrounding them, leaving only the characters and UI elements visible which hindered their immersion.

Others reported that they are getting a message on their store page saying that "their device isn't compatible."

Recent gacha games including Kuro Games' Wuthering Waves also faced day one bugs and issues but the devs were quick to fix them through hot fixes and patches. Moreover, they compensated its player base with a very generous amount of in-game rewards!

ZZZ just launched today and can be played on a plethora of platforms including, Android, IOS, PS5, and PC (Epic Games Store and Hoyoverse launcher).
