Egyptian actress Hannan Turk is preparing to go to Saudi Arabia to undergo the religious pilgrimage Hajj. Hannan had just completed filming the final scenes of the film "Ahlam Hakeekieh" (Real Dreams), which she costars in alongside Khaled Saleh and Fathi Abdul Wahab.
On a different note, Hannan is not ready to divorce her husband yet.
Khaled said that he and his wife are separated due to personal problems, but asserted he did not and will never divorce her. Hannan's recent disappearance from the spotlight fueled rumors that the two had split for good.
Hannan said that problems between her and Khaled over personal matters, which she did not disclose, led to the separation.
The couple faced many problems during their ten year marriage, but never divorced since they have two children, Yousef and Adam.
Hannan asserted that her decision to wear a Hijab, an Islamic headdress, is not the main reason for her marital problems, and her mother-in-law even encouraged it.
Turk denied rumors that she intends to stop wearing a Hijab, and expressed her anger over the rumors, describing them as ‘lies.”
