Hanan El Turk is revolutionizing Egyptian theaters as she takes part in the movie ‘The Secretary’. Hanan stated in a press conference to ‘Alsharq Alawsat’, a regional news agency, that men have been dominating Egyptian theaters for as long as she can recall, and that women constantly co-star. In her new movie, she will have the leading role as a man would have to co-star this time. “A huge step for the females” she insisted.
Hanan hopes that none of her co-staring male actors would have any doubt concerning her ability to perform for the simple fact that she is a woman. Other than that, Hanan seems to be very excited for her opening appearance on the big screen.
