Following the security services' arrest of Hamo Bika in the Zamalek area for possessing a white shawl, initial investigations, and his escape from three court rulings, the first ruling in the Hamo Beka case resulted in a two-month prison sentence. This was due to the "Wesh Ghadab" party, which Hamo Beka threw in the Bitash area of Alexandria without a permit.
The Musicians Syndicate, under the management of Hani Shaker, filed a report against him for hosting a party without a permit. Consequently, they sentenced him to two months in prison and upheld the conviction.
The Alexandria General Prosecution Office also decided to deny the request to appeal the two-month prison sentence against Hamo Beka. The court ruling, which imposed a two-month prison sentence on Hamo Bika, guided this decision. The first-degree court's ruling faced an appeal in 2021, but the court denied the appeal, upholding the sentence.
