Lebanese singer Haifa Wahbi denied recent circulating rumors that she and her husband, Egyptian businessman Ahmad Abu Hashimah, had gotten a divorce. Haifa’s office also denied allegations that Ahmad had attacked Haifa’s mother in one of the shops in Lebanon after she had demanded that he grant her daughter a divorce.
It was rumored that the couple had divorced after Ahmad watched inappropriate scenes of Haifa in her role in the film “Dukhan Shahatah” (Shahatah’s Smoke). But the truth of the matter is as revealed by Haifa’s managing office is that Ahmad had accompanied Haifa to the filming of the movie and is aware of the role she played. The office added that the couple are very happy together and their marriage is like that of a fairytale.
