The 23-year-old struck multiple poses outside the magazine's offices in front of a large billboard from her shoot.
Gigi went braless and stunned in a simple navy singlet top with spaghetti straps.
She paired the singlet with ankle grazer denim jeans and stylish nude pumps.
The supermodel had her blonde locks left out and styled into beach waves and covered her makeup free complexion with a pair of designer shades.
She accessorised her look with a large blue Chanel bag.
One shot saw Gigi pose with a large smile while pointing up at her cover.
Meeting the team inside, the beauty revealed on her Instagram Stories that there was more to come.

Taking to social media on Tuesday, Gigi spoke about the what went on behind the scenes of the incredible shoot.
'My most recent @vmagazine #v114 cover shoot was so unique and high energy,' she described.

'The photographer @mario_sorrenti shot one on a speed boat next to my jetski, one with cameras strapped to another dune buggy, and one fully swimming with me underwater.'
'We just had a great time making images we were so proud of, it was intense but never felt like work,' she continued.
