After the success that she accomplished in the television drama series “Qaleb Mayet” (Dead Heart), the Egyptian actress Ghada Adel agreed to play the role of “Samyah Fahmi” in a new television drama series called “Samyah Fahmi Min Malafat Al Mukhabarat” (Samyah Fahmi from the Secret Services Files).

According to the London daily Elaph, Ghada will star in the new series with the famous Egyptian actor Hisham Salim.

The writer of the new drama series Bashir Al Deek has finished writing 20 episodes of the drama series and after the “Eid Al Adha” break the director Nader Jalal and the producer Hisham Shaban will look over filming locations in Germany, Italy and Romania.

“Samyah Min Malafat Al Mukhabarat” was produced by the production company “King Toot.”

The Egyptian actress Mina Shalaby was nominated for the same role of Samyah Fahmi but she refused at the last minute because she is tied up with another cinema project.

The story of the new drama series is about a college student played by Samyah who has a relationship with another student in the Business Management Department in the same university. Samyah’s boyfriend travels to Italy to find a job and is recruited there by the Israeli secret service, “Al Musad.”
