ALBAWABA - Several celebrities including George Clooney, John Cusack, and many more have "lost faith" in current US President Joe Biden as reported by The Washington Post.

Other celebrities included iconic author Stephen King, Netflix co-founder Reed Hastings, Stephen Colbert, and Michael Moore.

According to The Washington Post on Wednesday, Goerge Clooney called for Joe Biden to leave the current elections against Donald Trump and urged Democrats to elect a new representative.

This comes amid Joe Biden's confused and lacking performance in the presidential debate on Jun. 27 where he went up against Donald Trump.

It seems Donald Trump also deemed Joe Biden unfit to be America's next president in the upcoming term as he let everyone know during the debate that went viral worldwide.

George Clooney wrote in a New York Times article that he loved Biden as "A senator. As a vice president and as president." He also added that he's his friend and that he believes in him but "one battle he cannot win, is the battle of time."

The actor went on to add that he's not the same Biden we all knew in 2010 and 2020 as he referenced the recent debate in question.

George Clooney may have not mentioned who the next candidates for the Democrats would be but he did hint at Vice President Kamala Harris.

Stephen King wrote on his official X account (formerly known as Twitter):

"Joe Biden has been a fine president, but it’s time for him—in the interests of the America he so clearly loves—to announce he will not run for re-election."
