Egyptian film star Khaled al Nabawi will debut in TV program presentation through a new program entitled Dunia (World) in which the renowned journalist Laila al Shaikhali participates.
The program will be aired five times a week by Abu Dhabi satellite channel.
“This is the first time for me to be involved in this experience but it won’t take me out of the cinema at all,” Nabawi told the daily al Hayat.
The new director of Abu Dhabi Satellite Channel, Ali al Ahmed revealed that a hefty budget has been allocated for the program to be strongly launched.
Meanwhile Jasem al Azzawi, one the program’s key planners, pointed out that the idea of the program was inspired from the program Good Morning America which he saw during his visit to the United States.
“The program will provide unique balance between entertainment and culture and will keep pace with new developments and at the same time will comply with the top and distinctive production standards,” said al Ahmed.
The general director of Abu Dhabi TV affirmed that the pogrom episodes will be of humanitarian and social orientation in order to upgrade the Arab fans tastes everywhere -- Albawaba.com
