Egyptian belly dancer/actress Fifi Abdo has filed a complaint against her neighbor on the grounds that her apartment was severely damaged due to a water leakage that was coming down. Fifi claimed that the water leakage that was dropping from the fifteenth floor onto the roof of her apartment caused major damages to the roofing in addition to ruining 12 air conditioning units with a total loss cost of 150 thousand Egyptian pounds.
Police officials brought the neighbor in for questioning and as a result he vowed to fix all the damages that were caused by the water leakage.
On a different note, Fifi is preparing to star in a new television drama titled “Narjis”. The new drama is written by Izzat Adam, marking his second cooperation with Fifi the first being her recent drama “Azhar”, which was aired during the holy month of Ramadan.
In the new drama, Fifi plays the role of a lady who sells fish at a fish market in Alexandria Egypt. Throughout the course of events she becomes a belly dancer and then a successful business woman. Filming of the first scenes is scheduled to start in February of the New Year. Shooting locations will be in Alexandria and Beirut. The drama is scheduled to be shown during the next holy month of Ramadan.
