Prominent Egyptian singer Ehab Tawfiq has renounced his title for being the most eligible bachelor in the Arab music world. At a small and private wedding ceremony, Ehab made his vows to a young named Nada, who is a senior studying journalism at Cairo University.
The wedding ceremony was attended by family members and close friends, including stars like Hani Shaker, Mustafa Amar, Hameed Al Shaeri and Mohammad Foad.
The media was not allowed to attend the ceremony and the singer had hired a number of body guards to keep intruders away.
The singer presented his new bride with a very expensive diamond set and sang a collection of his most popular song including one exclusively for Nada.
The couple had been engaged for short period and had faced numerous rumors stating that Ehab is involved in an intimate relationship with a famous Lebanese television announcer and that the engagement will end in failure.
Rumors had also said that Ehab was involved in an affair with one of the model that appeared in a recent video, but the singer stressed that the model lives in Germany and had came to Egypt solely to work as a model.
The singer put an end to all the lies that were created and finally took the big step to start a new life.
Tawfiq denied trying to convince a number of Egyptian singers to abandon production company ‘Rotana.’ “This is only a rumor, not based on any real facts, and it’s not my place to tell anyone which company is suitable,” asserted Ehab.
Ehab is currently on his honeymoon and once he returns he will resume work on his upcoming album that is to be produced by the production company Alam El Phan.
