There are ten days of filming left for the new television drama due to be aired on MBC in November, according to producer Mohammad Al Shagnaniri. The show, “Fi Ghamdat Ayn” (With a Blink of an eye) features singer Angham making her acting debut alongside the Egyptian actress Dalia Al Buhairi.
All remaining scenes are set outdoors, and once filming is completed the shows will be handed to MBC, who have exclusive rights over the much-anticipated series. Currently Al Shagnagiri has given the Arab satellite channel 14 completed episodes, according to the Elaph website.
The final episode is due to be completed next month, although the producer has said that the nature of the show means that filming does not have to be finished before the first instalment is broadcast. Programmes that go to air in the holy month of Ramadan, however, do require the completed production to be submitted before the first episode is shown.
