According to the London daily Elaph, a conflict has arisen between Dolly Shaheen and the Syrian actress Jomanah Murad, stars of the new film “Al Shaytan” (The Devil). The two celebrities are fighting over who is the leading star.
Jomanah believes that it is her right to have her name appears first in the film credits, because she has more experience as an actor for more than ten years.
Dolly has only stared in two Egyptian cinema films, and lacks experience in television, except acting in music video clips, according to Jomanah.
In other controversy, Dolly divorced her Lebanese husband and was said to have converted to Islam to get the divorce, but Dolly denies that she converted.
On the other hand, the radio station “Nojoom FM” banned both of Dolly’s songs from being aired on the radio because of their sexual content.
Recently Dolly is having problems with the actor Maria, that accused Dolly of stealing her role in the new film “Bedoon Raqabah” (Uncensored).
