There are many art projects that the Lebanese artist Diana Haddad has scheduled for this summer season. She had already chosen all the songs for her new and upcoming album which will see the light after the summer season.
Diana has also revealed that she’ll be singing in the Egyptian dialect once again and she’ll be including two Egyptian songs in her album.
For the first time Diana will be working with the Egyptian composer Ahmad Muhey on a song that was written by the poet Wael Tawfiq and distributed by Midhat Khamis. The second song Diana worked with the composer Muhammad Yehya, who is giving her a new style that she hasn’t used in any of her songs before.
According to the London daily Elaph, on the other hand, Diana will reveal a new art project that she is working on and it is considered to be a new step in her path. Diana will not totally reveal what the new project is until it is completed. She is also getting ready to host a number of live concerts in various Arab countries. On June 23rd Diana was a guest on the Moroccan version of the music talent show “Star Academy” where she performed some of her greatest hits. The talent was aired live on the Moroccan second channel.
As for preparations for her new album, Diana has incled five Lebanese songs included in it. She will film a video clip for one of the Khaliji “Gulf countries dialect” songs, which is from her last Khaliji album “From Diana To…” the new song which will be filmed is called “Shlon Shofak” (How Could I See You) which was composed by the Kuwaiti artist Abed Al Qader Al Hudhud, written by the poet Mansour Al Fadely. Until now Dianal did not chose a director to work on the new clip.
